Color Memory Game
The viral color memory game played by millions. Dialed shows you five colors. You recreate them from memory. Sounds easy. It isn't.
Dialed is a free color memory game in your browser — no signup, no downloads. We show you a sequence of five colors, then you try to recreate each one from memory using hue, saturation, and brightness sliders. Each round scores up to 10 points based on how perceptually close your color is to the original, for a maximum total of 50.
Play solo to test your color recall, challenge a friend with a shared link (you both see the same five colors and compete to score closer to the originals), or take on the global daily color challenge where everyone on Earth gets the same five colors and one shot per day. Difficulty tiers — Easy, Hard, and Brutal — change how long you see each color before it disappears.
Scoring uses CIEDE2000, the same perceptual color distance model used by Pantone and image-quality benchmarks. It's not a hex-code match — it's a model of how the human eye actually perceives color difference. A score above 40 means your eye for color is sharper than 90% of players.
Also known as: colour memory game, color matching game, color recall test, color perception test, color quiz, colour quiz. Sister games: Sound Memory Game (recreate frequencies from memory) and Time Memory Game (recreate durations from memory).
